What we use

We store your email, name, account permissions, and sign-in information. Passwords are stored as hashes. If you choose Google, we receive your basic Google profile, verified email, and account identifier. We also process session cookies, IP addresses, and browser information to keep accounts secure.

Why and with whom

We use this information to provide your account and prevent abuse. Where the GDPR applies, these purposes rely on performing our agreement with you and our legitimate interest in security. Google processes sign-in and account emails; Cloudflare processes web traffic for delivery and security. Our hosting provider processes the service data. These providers may process data outside your country under applicable transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal data or use advertising or analytics cookies. Only cookies needed for sign-in and security are used.

Retention and your choices

Account data remains while your account is active. You can update your name and email or request account deletion in settings. Deleted identities are removed from the authentication database, and dashboard profile removal is queued for delivery. Minimal deletion markers prevent expired account sessions from restoring deleted profiles; security records and backups may remain only as needed for security, recovery, or legal obligations. Expired sign-in sessions and verification records are regularly removed.

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you can complain to your data protection authority. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
